Key Responsibilities
Strategic CRM Planning
- Work directly with clients to analyze business models and suggest tailored Salesforce strategies.
- Translate customer goals into roadmap deliverables that support long-term growth and development.h
- Encourage the adoption of Salesforce tools that improve user experience and process efficiency.
Implementation and Technical Delivery
- Lead Salesforce rollouts, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Build custom automation and validation logic that meets nuanced operational needs
- Establish integrations with external systems using APIs and connection platforms
Enablement and Support
- Deliver remote training workshops to promote hands-on understanding and platform confidence.
- Provide ongoing technical support and recommend iterative system improvements.
- Resolve user concerns, pinpoint inefficiencies, and introduce relevant features or upgrades.
Analysis and Documentation
- Maintain current documentation on solution architecture, business flows, and security configurations.
- Create dashboards and performance reports that translate data into actionable insights.
