Core Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce environments
• Automate code deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Maintain version control integrity across multiple development branches
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to streamline deployment processes
• Monitor build and release operations to resolve issues proactively
• Establish DevOps best practices, including governance, auditability, and rollback procedures
• Drive test automation and coverage reporting integration
• Ensure security compliance throughout code transport and infrastructure configuration
• Analyze performance data to improve release speed and stability
• Act as the DevOps advocate, educating team members and guiding the adoption of DevOps culture

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of DevOps experience within Salesforce ecosystems
• Deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, metadata, and APIs
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, AutoRABIT, and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or Node.js for deployment automation
• Familiarity with sandbox management and change set operations
• Knowledge of SFDX CLI and experience handling large-scale deployments
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to automation, testing, and performance
• Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed, remote-first teams
