Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital voice and engagement of our brand. You won't just send emails; you'll architect experiences. Your typical week might include:
- Designing and automating personalized customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
- Building dynamic, data-driven email and SMS campaigns that scale
- Implementing and optimizing triggered sends, transactional messaging, and audience segmentation
- Teaming up with diverse departments to develop and deliver omnichannel campaigns
- Managing AMPscript and scripting integrations for dynamic content and personalization
- Developing robust reporting dashboards for campaign performance and insights
- Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and data privacy standards
- Testing and QA-ing all content and journeys before launch

Required Skills and Qualifications
