Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce release process across multiple development environments.
- Coordinate version control and code repository strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise configuration standards.
- Manage sandbox refresh cycles and integration points between different environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Admins, QA, and Product Managers, to plan and execute release schedules.
- Implement best practices for source control, metadata management, and change tracking.
- Identify risks and mitigate issues throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment automation and release reliability.
- Document deployment steps, rollback plans, and post-deployment verification processes.

Tools and Technology
The Salesforce Release Manager will work with a suite of cloud-native platforms and DevOps tools to ensure consistent delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key technologies include:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Required Qualifications

- Experience using CI/CD pipelines and source-driven development workflows
- Experience working with Git repositories or other distributed version control tools
- Ability to identify, document, and resolve release-related issues
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Certification such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder is a plus
