- Translate complex business processes into logical, secure, and scalable Salesforce configurations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present proposed solutions through compelling demos and use-case storytelling
- Facilitate technical workshops to identify requirements and uncover new business opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts with technical documentation and strategy sessions
Platform Optimization
- Configure automation workflows using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Ensure system integrity by conducting regular QA checks and reviewing solution performance.
- Create and manage custom objects, validation rules, and advanced reporting dashboards.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as the technical liaison between business units, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Mentor junior analysts and administrators on Salesforce best practices and new features
- Stay informed about new Salesforce releases and proactively recommend improvements.

- Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven success in designing scalable CRM solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools
Preferred Credentials
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
