  • Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts with technical documentation and strategy sessions

Platform Optimization

  • Configure automation workflows using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex triggers

  • Create and manage custom objects, validation rules, and advanced reporting dashboards.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as the technical liaison between business units, developers, and third-party vendors.

  • Proven success in designing scalable CRM solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools

Preferred Credentials

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
