Your Core Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through digital channels, niche job boards, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies deeply.
- Use a data-informed approach to analyze sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine efforts.
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments — from job requisition to offer.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural alignment.
Relationship Building
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads by understanding hiring priorities and long-term team goals.
- Cultivate a talent pipeline for critical roles and proactively recommend standout candidates.
- Champion employer branding through storytelling and social media campaigns that reflect our values.
Compliance and Reporting

What You Bring to the Table
Required Skills and Background
- 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in remote or hybrid organizations
