Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Craft and execute custom-tailored hiring strategies using leading digital channels.
- Identify outstanding candidates for roles spanning tech, operations, and design through targeted outreach.
- Develop future-ready pipelines with the support of modern applicant tracking systems and predictive recruitment tools.
- Foster an engaging and equitable candidate journey that mirrors our values.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end, including intake sessions, offer delivery, and seamless onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and establish hiring roadmaps.
- Screen resumes, conduct behavior-based interviews, and ensure alignment with our team culture.
- Keep candidates informed with timely updates and thoughtful feedback.
Employer Brand & Market Intelligence
