📌 Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, or an L&D leadership role.
• Experience designing and leading development programs for remote or globally distributed teams.
