Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Training Programs:
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials that address skill gaps and support professional growth.
- Create engaging content for virtual training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content.
- Talent Development Strategy:
- Assess organizational needs and identify key areas for talent development.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and career progression.
- Implement and manage talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate and track employee development.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS.
- Ensure training materials are uploaded and accessible to employees.
- Monitor and report on LMS usage, training completion rates, and learner feedback.
- Facilitation and Coaching:
- Lead virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops with engaging facilitation techniques.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth.
- Offer guidance and support to managers on talent development and performance improvement.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with HR and other departments to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with remote teams to ensure clarity and consistency in training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports employee engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field. Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements.
