Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implement Training Programs:
   • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials that address skill gaps and support professional growth.
   • Create engaging content for virtual training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content.
2. Talent Development Strategy:
   • Assess organizational needs and identify key areas for talent development.
   • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and career progression.
   • Implement and manage talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate and track employee development.
3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
   • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS.
   • Ensure training materials are uploaded and accessible to employees.
   • Monitor and report on LMS usage, training completion rates, and learner feedback.
4. Facilitation and Coaching:
   • Lead virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops with engaging facilitation techniques.
   • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth.
   • Offer guidance and support to managers on talent development and performance improvement.
5. Evaluation and Improvement:
   • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
   • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Partner with HR and other departments to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals.
   • Communicate effectively with remote teams to ensure clarity and consistency in training programs.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports employee engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field. Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
