Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized strategies for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent.
- Utilize market insights and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring decisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with job seekers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement creative sourcing techniques through networking, social media, referrals, and job boards.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from outreach and screening to negotiation and onboarding.
- Prioritize candidate experience, ensuring a transparent and inclusive hiring process.
- Act as a strategic consultant to hiring teams, offering expert guidance on recruitment trends.

Required Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies for various job levels.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications
