Key Responsibilities

Drive Remote Engineering Initiatives

• Coordinate and guide distributed tech teams across projects with varying technical scope and complexity.
• Define milestones and manage sprint cycles using agile methodology
• Foster open and respectful communication channels across disciplines

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Bridge product vision and technical execution by working alongside UX designers, QA testers, and system architects
• Translate technical jargon into language everyone can understand, helping bridge knowledge gaps.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify blockers early and guide teams in creating proactive solutions
• Uphold rigorous development practices and ensure development process compliance
• Ensure every deliverable aligns with security, scalability, and maintainability standards

Remote Work Excellence

• Champion asynchronous communication and autonomy in a global environment
• Establish routines for stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning that include team members from diverse time zones
• Advocate for team wellness and psychological safety throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications
