Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Training Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives.
   • Design engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
   • Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create courses that cater to diverse learning styles.
2. Training Delivery:
   • Facilitate virtual training sessions using various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
   • Employ effective teaching techniques to enhance participant engagement and retention.
   • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
   • Analyze training outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve training initiatives.
   • Maintain training records and generate reports on participation and performance metrics.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with management and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
   • Provide regular updates on training progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
   • Act as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance related to training materials and processes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
   • Explore new technologies and methods for delivering training effectively in a remote environment.
   • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in e-learning software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
