Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives.
- Design engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create courses that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate virtual training sessions using various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Employ effective teaching techniques to enhance participant engagement and retention.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze training outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve training initiatives.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on participation and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with management and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on training progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Act as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance related to training materials and processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Explore new technologies and methods for delivering training effectively in a remote environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage participants.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual training tools and technology, including LMS, video conferencing software, and e-learning development platforms.
