✅ Required Qualifications

🧩 Experience and Expertise

🔷 3+ years of UX research experience, preferably in agile product teams
🟣 Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods: usability testing, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, card sorting, ethnographic research
🟢 Knowledge of inclusive and accessible design principles
🟡 Experience with research tools such as Dovetail, Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar
🔴 Strong storytelling and communication skills for sharing insights with varied audiences
🟠 Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, working across geographies and time zones
🟣 Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and handle concurrent tasks efficiently to manage multiple projects simultaneously
