Key Responsibilities
User Experience Strategy
- Architect UX strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring cohesive and scalable design systems.
- Identify friction points and craft strategic roadmaps that prioritize user needs while maintaining technical feasibility.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design sprints to uncover latent user needs and generate cross-functional alignment.
Research and Discovery
- Lead discovery phases by planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Transform user data into actionable insights and translate them into personas, journey maps, and strategic frameworks.
- Collaborate with product analysts and data scientists to support design hypotheses with measurable evidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic partner to product managers, engineers, and visual designers.

Required Qualifications and Experience
