Key Responsibilities

Design with Purpose

• Develop engaging UX/UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Explore user behaviors through interactive sessions, feedback loops, and performance reviews to shape insightful design strategies.
• Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces that meet real user needs.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, product leads, and content experts, to align design goals with business outcomes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews in a remote team environment.
• Advocate for the end-user in every conversation and decision.

Iterate and Evolve

• Use analytics and user feedback to refine existing interfaces and identify areas for improvement.
• Rapidly prototype interactive wireframes and mockups for testing and iteration.
• Maintain design consistency by utilizing reusable components and style guides.

Tools & Technologies

• Design Software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Prototyping Tools: InVision, Marvel, Framer
• Collaboration Platforms: Miro, Notion, Slack, Jira
• Research Tools: Maze, Lookback, UserTesting
• Front-End Knowledge (a plus): HTML, CSS, JavaScript understanding

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in remote or distributed teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, from ideation to execution
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Experience designing for diverse audiences across platforms and devices
• Ability to balance user empathy with business needs
