Key Responsibilities That Drive Change
User Experience Innovation
- Partner with product and research teams to transform user needs into clear, thoughtful design concepts.
- Drive user insight gathering through interviews, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
- Design intuitive flows and wireframes that align with behavior-first methodologies.
UI Design Execution
- Craft visually elegant user interfaces that boost engagement across platforms
- Uphold UI consistency through well-maintained style guides and scalable design systems.
- Deliver final designs with pixel-level detail and provide implementation-ready assets for engineers.
Accessibility and Optimization
- Embed inclusive design principles and accessibility compliance from the start.
- Analyze usability findings and iteratively refine interfaces to improve the overall experience.
- Identify optimization opportunities in live products and deploy impactful visual enhancements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Translate complex ideas into visuals that effectively convey usability solutions.
- Collaborate in agile sprints alongside engineers, PMs, and QA teams
- Join feedback sessions to iterate quickly while contributing constructively to the design strategy
