What You’ll Do Every Day
Design and Deliver Patient-Focused Education
- Develop and lead virtual sessions that address medication safety, chronic illness management, and preventative care.
- Tailor presentations to meet the needs of diverse communities, including individuals with varying literacy levels or cultural backgrounds
- Utilize multimedia tools to develop engaging and interactive educational content for webinars, live Q&As, and recorded modules.
Support Clinical Initiatives Through Education
- Partner with care teams to align educational content with current clinical practices and treatment guidelines
- Respond to evolving patient needs and questions by updating learning materials and addressing knowledge gaps.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to offer pharmacist perspectives on health education strategies.
Foster Inclusive, Equitable Learning Experiences
- Facilitate an online environment that fosters respectful discussion and supports learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Address health disparities through culturally sensitive communication and personalized guidance.

Qualifications That Make You a Great Fit
Required:
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the U.S.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience, including patient education or counseling
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in accessible, compassionate language
- Familiarity with virtual health platforms and digital communication tools
- Exceptional communication abilities paired with a deep respect for equity and cultural diversity
Preferred:
- Experience working with underserved communities or non-English-speaking populations
- Background in public health or health communication
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or similar credential
