Primary Responsibilities

Web Development Execution

• Transform approved Figma or Adobe XD mockups into fully functional Webflow websites.
• Construct Webflow CMS collections and structure complex content hierarchies efficiently.
• Apply clean transitions and interactive animations using Webflow’s native tools.
• Embed custom code snippets where needed to enhance design precision.
• Conduct QA testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

Performance and Optimization

• Optimize image compression, lazy loading, and asset sizing for faster page speeds.
• Implement SEO best practices, including metadata structure, semantic HTML5 usage, and accessible ARIA labels.
• Analyze and improve Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Create a logical site architecture that supports crawlability and improved search performance.

Team Collaboration

• Align with designers on modular layouts, typography systems, and color accessibility.
• Partner with content creators to automate publishing workflows via Webflow CMS and third-party tools.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver high-converting landing pages, product showcases, and campaign microsites.
