About the Role

As our Remote Work Culture Consultant, you’ll spearhead strategies that enhance employee engagement, reinforce remote-first values, and support scalable culture-building initiatives across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously refine our remote work culture framework
• Partner with People Ops to conduct engagement surveys and translate insights into action
• Develop remote onboarding experiences that foster immediate belonging
• Coach team leads and department heads on communication rituals and feedback loops
• Facilitate virtual offsites, team-building events, and culture campaigns
• Lead initiatives focused on psychological safety, well-being, and remote inclusivity
• Introduce scalable systems to maintain strong cross-team alignment and shared purpose
• Serve as a thought leader on remote culture trends and best practices
