Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Analysis:
   • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing workforce structures and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for remote workforce integration.

2. Strategy Development:
   • Develop and implement strategic plans for remote workforce integration, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
