About the Role:

As a Remote Workforce Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing workforce performance across various functions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various workforce performance metrics.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Present findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  2. Performance Metrics Development:
    • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to identify relevant performance metrics that align with business objectives.
    • Establish benchmarks and targets for performance metrics to measure workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Workforce Optimization Strategies:
    • Identify areas of improvement within workforce processes and recommend data-driven strategies for enhancement.
    • Assist in designing initiatives that promote employee engagement, productivity, and retention based on performance data.
  4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with HR, operations, and departmental leaders to understand performance challenges and opportunities.

  5. Employee Performance Evaluation:
    • Support the implementation of performance management systems that facilitate ongoing feedback and evaluation.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce performance analysis and management.

  7. Training and Support:

    • Assist in developing training materials and resources related to performance management and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, performance management, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management practices and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and workforce management software.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations related to employee information.
  • Certification in HR analytics or related fields (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
