Overview

As a Security Guard in Mumbai, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security for various clients, including residential complexes, commercial establishments, and industrial facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to protect property and individuals by monitoring and patrolling premises, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Responsibilities

1. Surveillance: Actively monitor CCTV cameras and other security equipment to identify any suspicious activities or unauthorized access to the premises.
2. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including interior and exterior spaces, to deter potential criminal activity and maintain a visible security presence.
3. Access Control: Manage access points by checking the identification of visitors and employees, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
4. Incident Reporting: Document any incidents, security breaches, or unusual activities in detail and prepare reports for management. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
5. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, or security breaches. Act quickly and efficiently, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing the needs and concerns of clients, visitors, and employees. Your friendly demeanor will help create a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
7. Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe environment. Guide staff and visitors regarding emergency procedures and safety measures.
8. Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions to keep up-to-date with the latest security practices and technologies. Stay informed about potential threats and risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A background in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field is an advantage but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit to perform duties, including standing, walking, and responding quickly in emergencies.
• Licensing: A valid security guard license as per local regulations is preferred.
