Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol Premises: Regularly patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
• Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to ensure comprehensive surveillance of the premises.
• Access Control: Manage access points, including checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including alarms, medical emergencies, and fire incidents, following established protocols.
• Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare reports as required for management review.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Compliance: Adhere to all security policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a security role or related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to walk, stand, and perform security tasks for extended periods.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Certifications: Relevant security certifications are a plus but not required.
