Home Nurse - Immediate Start in Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to the patient, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing any specific health conditions as directed by the healthcare provider.
• Daily Assistance: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring the patient’s comfort and safety at all times.
• Medical Management: Follow prescribed treatment plans, coordinate with physicians, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical records and patient progress.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly assess the patient’s health status, detect changes in their condition, and take appropriate actions to address any issues or concerns.
• Family Communication: Maintain open communication with family members regarding the patient’s condition, care plan, and any changes in their health.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly to any medical emergencies and provide first aid or necessary interventions as required.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold a valid nursing license or certification recognized by relevant healthcare authorities.
• Experience: Proven experience in home healthcare or a similar nursing role is preferred. Experience in managing chronic conditions and providing long-term care is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
