About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Management Professional, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to the point of consumption. Your primary objective will be to optimize processes, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency throughout the supply chain network. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and managing procurement activities to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilizing advanced analytics and technology tools to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Overseeing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize delivery schedules and minimize lead times.

Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field of supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

For Experienced Professionals:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
