Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our employee training programs and supporting the growth and development of our workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating learning initiatives, managing training logistics, and contributing to our talent development strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Coordination:
    • Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aligned with organizational goals.
    • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
    • Manage the organizationโ€™s LMS, including user access, course catalog updates, and training records.
    • Monitor training participation and completion rates, providing reports and insights to management.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and serve as the primary point of contact for users.
  3. Needs Assessment and Development:
    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the workforce.
    • Support the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training offerings.
  4. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Develop and maintain onboarding materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the onboarding process.
    • Conduct orientation sessions, introducing new hires to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
  5. Performance Management Support:
    • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and development discussions.
    • Track and report on performance management metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Career Development Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with management to create career development programs that promote internal mobility and succession planning.
    • Support the design of mentorship and coaching initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement.
    • Promote available training and development resources to employees, encouraging participation.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs and priorities.
    • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote learning initiatives and gather feedback.
    • Represent the talent development function in cross-functional meetings, contributing insights on employee development.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development and employee training.
    • Research and recommend innovative training tools and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in talent management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, talent development, or a related HR role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with e-learning development tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and employee growth.
