What You’ll Be Responsible For
As a strategic force within the People function, you'll oversee critical operations that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Design and refine end-to-end talent lifecycle operations, including onboarding, mobility, development, and offboarding.
- Lead global implementation of HR technologies like Workday, Greenhouse, and Lattice to streamline workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and Total Rewards to create scalable systems for hiring velocity, diversity metrics, and compensation equity.
- Use data insights to drive decisions on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and succession pipelines.
- Build and monitor dashboards and scorecards that visualize key HR KPIs, including turnover trends and engagement metrics.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and operational health checks to align leaders around strategic talent objectives.
- Audit and optimize internal SOPs for compliance, efficiency, and automation potential.
- Act as the key liaison between People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless policy governance.

Qualifications & Experience

- 6+ years in people operations, HR analytics, or HR systems administration
- 3+ years in a leadership or cross-functional project owner capacity
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise HR tech implementations
- Strong command of people data and visualization tools
- Proven success driving operational excellence in a remote or hybrid organization
- Exceptional communication and project management skills across time zones
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline (Master’s or certification in SHRM/PHR a plus)
