What You’ll Do

You will lead the effort to ensure that all business operations comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Additionally, you will develop and deliver compliance training programs to strengthen company-wide adherence to rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

✅ Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements.
✅ Keep track of regulatory updates and provide recommendations to maintain compliance.
✅ Act as a trusted advisor for compliance-related inquiries and concerns.

Policy Development & Documentation

✅ Assist in creating, revising, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
✅ Ensure policies are communicated clearly and are easily accessible.
✅ Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and risk assessments.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

✅ Identify compliance risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
✅ Establish internal controls to safeguard against potential regulatory violations.
✅ Conduct compliance testing to evaluate potential gaps and areas for improvement.

Training & Awareness

✅ Develop and deliver compliance training programs tailored for different roles.
✅ Provide employees with resources and guidance to understand regulations properly.
✅ Assist teams in embedding compliance practices into their daily workflows.

Audit & Reporting

✅ Conduct routine compliance audits to assess adherence to policies.
✅ Generate comprehensive reports detailing compliance status and recommendations.
✅ Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Cross-Team Collaboration

✅ Work closely with HR, legal, and operations teams to maintain compliance standards.
✅ Support IT and security teams in implementing data protection and cybersecurity compliance.
✅ Help leadership develop long-term strategies for maintaining a compliant workplace.

Process Improvement

✅ Continuously review and refine compliance programs to align with evolving regulations.
✅ Propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
✅ Leverage technology and automation to streamline compliance monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

🌟 At least 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
🌟 Familiarity with remote work environments is a plus.
🌟 Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment techniques.

Education & Certifications

🌟 Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
🌟 Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are preferred.
