Key Responsibilities

- Offer timely, empathetic, and technically accurate support to remote employees encountering hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot video conferencing tools, VPN connections, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and other digital work environments.
- Document recurring technical issues and escalate complex problems to specialized IT teams when needed.
Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop, update, and maintain remote user guides and support documentation tailored to virtual workflows.
- Train employees on using digital tools efficiently, including screen-sharing walkthroughs and group webinars.
- Identify patterns in user support tickets to recommend improvements in systems and onboarding processes.
Digital Infrastructure Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring uptime and performance of communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and remote desktop environments.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure the continuity of service delivery in remote settings.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests to assess software compatibility with various operating systems and devices used by telecommuters.
Support Metrics & Quality
- Track support ticket resolution time, employee satisfaction scores, and trends in issue categories.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of support initiatives and recommend enhancements to enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations when handling user queries and system access permissions.
