🌟 Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Required Qualifications

• 🔹 Completion of a formal education program in Fashion Design or a comparable creative discipline
• 🔹 At least three years of hands-on experience working in the fashion industry, ideally with exposure to sustainable practices
• 🔹 Strong understanding of eco-design methodologies and sustainable textiles
• 🔹 Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and fashion design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD)
• 🔹 Outstanding time management, creative problem-solving, and communication skills

💡 Preferred Skills

• 📈 Familiarity with 3D garment development platforms (e.g., CLO3D)
• 🔔 Experience in zero-waste pattern drafting and modular design
