📝 Test Strategy & Execution

✅ Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, scenarios, and automated test scripts.
✅ Perform in-depth manual and automated testing to identify software vulnerabilities, defects, and bottlenecks.
✅ Maintain structured documentation of test scenarios, results, and findings to monitor quality trends.
✅ Validate functionality, security, and performance parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards.

🤝 Team Collaboration & Problem Resolution

✅ Coordinate with software engineers to gain insights into system requirements and enhance test coverage.
✅ Provide constructive feedback to development teams to optimize software functionality and usability.
✅ Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to align testing with project objectives.
✅ Record and track software defects, ensuring prompt resolution and product stability.

⚙️ Automation & Performance Testing

✅ Build and refine automated test frameworks to streamline regression and integration testing.
✅ Utilize Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit tools to optimize test automation efficiency.
✅ Conduct performance testing, including stress and load assessments, to verify system stability.
✅ Integrate automated test cases into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
✅ Stay informed about emerging testing technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience

✔️ Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔️ At least three years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
✔️ Proven ability to develop and apply test methodologies for complex software applications.
✔️ Hands-on experience in Agile and DevOps-driven environments.

🛠 Technical Expertise

✔️ Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG.
✔️ Knowledge of performance testing solutions like JMeter or LoadRunner.
✔️ Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, Java, or JavaScript.
✔️ Experience conducting API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
✔️ Familiarity with Agile software workflows, sprint cycles, and CI/CD integration.
✔️ Expertise in source code management tools like Git and issue-tracking software like Jira.
✔️ Ability to assess software behavior, identify inconsistencies, and troubleshoot efficiently.
