Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

📌 Campaign Development & Implementation

• Develop and manage annual giving campaigns designed to maximize contributions.
• Implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including direct mail, email, and digital engagement.
• Analyze giving trends and tailor approaches to enhance donor participation.
• Ensure fundraising strategies align with organizational goals and brand messaging.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure fundraising impact.

📌 Major & Recurring Gifts

• Cultivate relationships with high-value donors to foster long-term commitment.
• Create and implement recurring giving programs that encourage sustained contributions.
• Work closely with leadership to draft compelling funding proposals for key supporters.

Donor Engagement & Stewardship

📌 Strengthening Donor Relations

• Develop strategies to engage new and existing donors through personalized communication.
• Organize donor appreciation events and recognition programs.
• Maintain a structured donor pipeline, ensuring continuous outreach and engagement.
• Utilize donor feedback to refine and improve engagement strategies.

• Plan and coordinate virtual fundraising events to increase donor participation.
• Establish partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand outreach.
• Provide support for peer-to-peer fundraising efforts and volunteer-led campaigns.

Communication & Marketing

📌 Crafting Compelling Messaging

• Write persuasive appeals, newsletters, and marketing materials that inspire giving.
• Develop donor-centered communication strategies to illustrate the impact of contributions.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across fundraising materials and campaigns.

📌 Digital Fundraising & Social Media

• Utilize social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns to engage donors.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize engagement and improve donor conversion rates.
• Identify new and emerging fundraising technologies to enhance donor experience.

Database Management & Reporting

📌 Data-Driven Decision Making

• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure proper tracking of interactions.
• Generate detailed reports and insights to assess fundraising performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical fundraising practices.

Collaboration & Leadership
