📋 Key Responsibilities

• 🔵 Identify and research potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and private institutions, while maintaining a pipeline of recurring grant opportunities
• 🟣 Write and submit compelling grant proposals aligned with both funder objectives and internal strategic goals
• 🔴 Manage grant budgets, calendars, and deliverables and ensure timely submission of milestone reports and financial summaries
• 🟢 Coordinate cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal departments to streamline application processes and post-award activities
• 🟡 Monitor programmatic metrics and evaluate impact through qualitative and quantitative data
