As our User Acceptance Tester, you’ll be the final frontier between brilliant ideas and flawless execution. You’ll wear many hats: analyst, creative critic, and curious user. Your mission is to ensure our software doesn’t just function — it delights. You’ll test every button, tap, swipe, and scroll with a purpose. You'll act as the bridge between the innovation team and our real-world users. Your curiosity and your deep knowledge of how great software should work will help us launch projects that stand out.

🧪 Core Responsibilities

🔍 Test Execution

🕹️ Conduct thorough UAT on new features, system upgrades, and digital platforms
🧭 Develop and follow user-centric test plans and use cases with precision
📱 Test applications across a variety of devices, platforms, and browsers to ensure cross-platform functionality
🧪 Execute manual and automated testing protocols for optimal coverage

💬 Feedback and Reporting

📝 Document and communicate issues with clear, concise, and engaging bug reports
🖼 Attach annotated screenshots or screen recordings that bring bugs to life visually
🎯 Provide actionable suggestions for enhancements with a touch of wit and charm
🔎 Collaborate with product and design teams to explain feedback with empathy and excitement

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

🔄 Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to create digital experiences that shine

🛠 Required Skills and Experience

🧠 Essential Qualifications

🌐 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, or QA
📋 Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and execute test plans and cases
🛠️ Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar QA platforms
🔍 Razor-sharp attention to detail and investigative skills
💬 Strong ability to articulate thoughts clearly in speech and writing, especially when crafting engaging and insightful bug reports
🎮 An innovative mindset with a love for playful testing and problem-solving

🎁 Preferred Qualifications

🎨 Background in UI/UX or user-centered design thinking
🧬 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
📊 Familiarity with tools for behavioral analysis (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.)
📱 Prior experience in mobile app testing across iOS and Android platforms
🎓 Certifications in QA or software testing are a plus
