To manage and execute accurate, timely, and secure bookkeeping processes that help businesses maintain clear financial visibility and meet compliance standards. - Works closely with: Senior Accountants, Payroll Coordinators, and external stakeholders

H4: General Ledger Maintenance
- Record journal entries and monitor ledger integrity
- Maintain detailed audit trails for all transactions
- Reclassify transactions when misallocated by clients or automated systems

- Categorize income and expenses accurately
- Monitor budget variances and alert teams of unusual spending patterns
- Match expenses to budget forecasts and project plans

- Create and send client invoices promptly
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and digital recordkeeping
- Set up recurring invoicing systems for retainers and service-based businesses

🎓 Education & Experience
