📚 Course Development & Design

• Design and develop high-quality virtual courses that align with instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
• Utilize cutting-edge e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to create dynamic, interactive course content.
• To enrich the learning experience, integrate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, interactive simulations, and assessments.
• Implement gamification and microlearning techniques to improve knowledge retention and learner engagement.
• Optimize courses for multi-device compatibility, ensuring accessibility on various platforms.

🤝 Collaboration & Compliance

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex content into engaging and digestible learning modules.
• Adhere to SCORM, xAPI, and AICC compliance to ensure seamless integration of courses with learning management systems (LMS).
• Follow WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines, making learning resources available for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests to identify and resolve development issues before deployment.

• Stay informed about emerging trends in instructional design, educational technologies, and virtual learning methodologies.

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in virtual course development and instructional design.
• Strong proficiency in e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience managing LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or TalentLMS.
• Solid understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC compliance.
• Ability to incorporate multimedia, simulations, and interactive elements to create an engaging learning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines in remote work settings.
