What You'll Be Doing

Driving Company Culture Remotely

• Develop and implement remote-first cultural frameworks that support team unity and shared values.
• Conduct virtual cultural assessments and pulse checks to understand team sentiment and adapt initiatives accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed a purpose-driven culture into every layer of the employee experience.

Crafting Engagement Strategies

• Launch engaging virtual events, digital social campaigns, and themed activities that foster deeper connections.
• Curate and deliver recognition programs that celebrate individual and team contributions.
• Introduce inclusive programming that promotes well-being, diversity, and employee satisfaction.

Supporting Onboarding and Belonging

• Reinvent virtual onboarding journeys to spark immediate connection and clarity for new hires.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, employee resource group forums, and mentoring programs to cultivate inclusion.
• Build engaging feedback loops through virtual surveys, focus groups, and real-time engagement metrics.

Championing Digital Workplace Tools

• Leverage platforms like Slack, Zoom, Miro, Notion, and virtual recognition tools to maximize employee interaction.
• Analyze engagement data using dashboards and digital behavior insights to refine strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance social connection in remote-first environments.

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a culture-building, employee engagement, internal communications, or HR strategy role
• Demonstrated success in leading remote-first engagement programs or hybrid team experiences
• Strong understanding of digital culture dynamics, employee lifecycle, and change management principles
• Comfortable using engagement platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and HR analytics dashboards
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that empower you to inspire across all levels
