Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Required:

  • Expertise in virtual team dynamics, communication tools, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong ability to analyze employee engagement metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in designing training programs for managers and employees.

🎯 Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a relevant field.
