What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

Academic Background & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in online learning coordination, digital content development, or instructional design.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar).
  • Experience in designing SCORM-compliant courses and working with xAPI and LTI integrations.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Digital Tools

Expertise in Learning Technologies

  • Strong knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, and video editing tools.
