Core Responsibilities

Learning Program Design

  • Evaluate team goals to define remote learning needs and digital training strategies.
  • Lead design discussions for interactive and scalable virtual learning formats.
  • Partner with curriculum developers to ensure content is accessible, flexible, and learner-focused.

Virtual Delivery & Execution

  • Manage system rollouts of e-learning platforms to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Build and lead agile project plans to ensure consistent quality delivery.
  • Adjust implementation plans in real time based on learner behavior data.

Support & Change Enablement

  • Offer real-time coaching to help teams adopt virtual tools and navigate learning shifts.
  • Deliver lively, transparent, and inclusive onboarding for new platform users.
  • Turn post-session feedback into ongoing platform improvements.

Outcome Tracking & Iteration

  • Define success metrics and utilize analytics to measure the impact of learning.
  • Present insights that enhance course effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
  • Link learning goals with organizational inclusion strategies.

Ideal Background and Skills

Education and Training

  • Degree in instructional design, digital learning, HR, or education-related fields.
  • Certifications such as ATD, CPTD, or equivalent are advantageous.

Experience and Delivery Expertise

  • At least 5 years in learning and development, including 3+ years in digital or hybrid environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-departmental learning implementations.

  • Expertise in adult learning theory and e-learning best practices.
  • Proficiency with LMS/LCMS systems and ability to manage large learning data sets.
  • Comfortable presenting to varied audiences and leading virtual facilitation.
