Key Responsibilities

• 🧩 Lead QA Strategies: Develop and execute efficient QA processes tailored for a remote-first organization.

• 🤖 Drive Automation: Identify, implement, and oversee automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits.
• Oversee the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure rapid resolution.

🧑‍💻 What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• ✅ 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• 💻 Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or equivalent.
• 📋 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• 🗣️ Outstanding communication skills for seamless collaboration in virtual settings.

• 🧠 Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts quickly to change.

Preferred Skills
