π Key Responsibilities
Talent Coordination & Scheduling

Recruitment & Onboarding Support
βοΈ Assist in identifying and attracting top virtual talent through various channels. βοΈ Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit. βοΈ Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared. βοΈ Maintain and update recruitment records for easy tracking and reporting. βοΈ Develop compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
Client & Team Communication
βοΈ Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication. βοΈ Provide timely updates on staffing schedules and project assignments. βοΈ Address and resolve staffing concerns professionally and efficiently. βοΈ Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement. βοΈ Organize virtual meetings to discuss staffing updates and client feedback.
Process Optimization & Documentation
βοΈ Continuously evaluate and refine staffing processes to improve efficiency. βοΈ Implement digital tools to automate and streamline staffing operations. βοΈ Maintain detailed reports on staffing assignments, employee performance, and workload distribution. βοΈ Identify workforce trends to optimize staffing decisions. βοΈ Adhere to organizational guidelines and best practices in all documentation.

Experience Requirements
