Recruitment & Onboarding Support
✔️ Assist in identifying and attracting top virtual talent through various channels. ✔️ Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit. ✔️ Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared. ✔️ Maintain and update recruitment records for easy tracking and reporting. ✔️ Develop compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
Client & Team Communication
✔️ Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication. ✔️ Provide timely updates on staffing schedules and project assignments. ✔️ Address and resolve staffing concerns professionally and efficiently. ✔️ Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement. ✔️ Organize virtual meetings to discuss staffing updates and client feedback.
Process Optimization & Documentation
