Role Overview

As a Virtual Talent Management Consultant, you will spearhead talent strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development. You will work closely with HR leaders, hiring managers, and employees to cultivate an inclusive and supportive work environment. Utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices, you will help build a workforce that is diverse, high-performing, and motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop workforce planning initiatives to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Optimize the employee lifecycle through strategic recruitment, onboarding, career development, and retention.

  • Conduct in-depth workforce analysis to identify trends and talent gaps.
  • Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and employee development pathways.
  • Implement policies that promote employee satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and motivation.
  • Oversee mentorship and leadership development programs.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategies that enhance workforce performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
