In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and compliance. You will work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure seamless coordination, efficient operations, and a top-tier hiring process. By implementing HR best practices, optimizing recruitment workflows, and using data-driven strategies, you will contribute to the overall success of our organizationโs talent initiatives.

๐ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ฏ Talent Acquisition Support: Oversee and manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- ๐ Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, from offer letters and background checks to employee training and document verification. Assist with smooth transition processes during offboarding.
- ๐ HR Operations & Process Management: Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
- ๐ฌ Communication & Coordination: Act as the key liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring timely updates, clear expectations, and smooth workflows.
- ๐ Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics, generate recruitment reports, and provide insights to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- ๐ก๏ธ Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in recruitment and HR operations, implement automation tools, and optimize workflows for better hiring efficiency.
- ๐ Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies.
- ๐ Diversity & Inclusion: Promote fair and inclusive hiring practices to build a diverse and equitable workforce. Support the development of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
- ๐ก Employee Engagement & Retention: Support talent retention strategies by monitoring employee engagement and performance trends, providing insights to HR leadership.
- ๐ HR Best Practices Implementation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent operations, incorporating new strategies into hiring processes.
๐ What You Bring
- ๐ Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in talent operations, HR coordination, recruitment, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- ๐ Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- ๐ป Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello.
- ๐ก Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret hiring data and provide strategic insights to improve HR functions.
- ๐ค Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high professionalism when engaging with candidates and internal teams.
- ๐ค Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying recruitment challenges and developing proactive solutions.
