Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement tailored strategies to enhance team collaboration and cohesion.

- Facilitation and Training:

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing strategies for team improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive virtual team culture.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in team coaching or organizational development is a plus.
