Core Responsibilities

Design and Development Tasks

• 🔹 Design and develop interactive 3D environments using Unreal Engine that transport users to imaginative, engaging worlds
• 🔹 Implement gameplay mechanics, user interactions, physics, lighting, animations, and audio triggers that add depth and excitement to the virtual experience
• 🔹 Write clean, modular, and reusable C++ and Blueprints code to maintain high-performance standards and improve the user journey

Team Collaboration

• 🔹 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including 3D artists, UI/UX designers, game writers, and QA testers, to bring ideas to life
• 🔹 Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and brainstorming sessions to align on creative vision and technical scope
• 🔹 Offer technical insight and mentorship to junior team members, creating space for growth and confidence-building

Optimization and Maintenance

• 🔹 Optimize game and simulation performance for PC, VR, and mobile platforms using best-in-class profiling tools and practices
• 🔹 Stay updated with Unreal Engine’s new releases, plugins, and community-supported innovations to integrate the latest features
• 🔹 Debug, test, and maintain projects through post-launch updates, ensuring smooth performance and seamless user experiences

Candidate Profile

Technical Requirements

• 📆 At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with Unreal Engine, with a strong focus on real-time 3D applications
• 📆 Proficient in C++, Blueprints, Unreal Editor, and related tools for both game and enterprise simulation use-cases
• 🌐 Experience with VR/AR development, physics simulations, AI behavior trees, and multiplayer replication is highly preferred
