Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

2. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Communicate design concepts and updates effectively to stakeholders.
3. Research and Trends:
   • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to virtual workspaces.
   • Research best practices in remote work design to ensure our environments are innovative and effective.
   • Benchmark against competitors and leading organizations to keep our virtual workspace at the forefront.
4. User Experience (UX) Design:
   • Focus on user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences for team members.

   • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize design concepts.
5. Technical Proficiency:
   • Utilize design software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create visual assets.
   • Work with virtual collaboration tools (such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.) to integrate design elements.
   • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement technical solutions for virtual environments.
6. Training and Support:

   • Serve as a point of contact for any technical issues or design-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design, with a focus on virtual environments or remote workspaces.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Slack, Zoom).
• UX Expertise: Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
