Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze performance data from various sources, including employee productivity metrics, time management records, and project completion rates.
    • Utilize analytical tools and software to interpret data trends and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Performance Auditing:
    • Conduct regular audits of virtual workforce performance to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
    • Review and assess individual and team performance, identifying strengths and areas needing development.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings from performance audits, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance auditing, workforce analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
