Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive remote work frameworks that align with organizational goals and evolving market demands.
  • Conduct internal assessments and external research to ensure remote policies reflect current best practices and competitive advantages.
  • Define long-term strategic plans to enhance team autonomy, virtual engagement, and remote operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with HR, IT, Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of remote work policies across departments.
